Hi everyone! Today, our ninth author in our line up, Ms. Danika Stone is sharing with us a brilliant character interview that she has put together for us! Honestly, I’m so impressed by the amount of effort that has been put into the marketing and publicity of All the Feels. I’m linking down below all of the social media profiles that have been created, and there are also some links scattered throughout the interview that I would definitely recommend checking it out. As someone who has already read All the Feels, it really helps me feel like I’m getting to know the characters better, since I can now see everything that was mentioned throughout the book. I hope that you all enjoy reading this interview as much as I have! But, before we begin, I’m going to share some information about the book.

Summary from Goodreads:
Tired of sitting in her room sobbing, Liv decides to launch an online campaign to bring her beloved hero back to life. With the help of her best friend, Xander, actor and steampunk cosplayer extraordinaire, she creates #SpartanSurvived, a call that ignites the fandom. But as her online life succeeds beyond her wildest dreams, Liv is forced to balance that with the pressures of school, her (mostly nonexistent and entirely traumatic) romantic life, and her disapproving mother’s new boyfriend. A trip to DragonCon with Xander might be exactly what she needs to get away from it all… and figure out what (and who!) she really wants, in this geeky romance by Danika Stone.

Interview with Liv Walden: Starveil Revolutionary, by Danika Stone
Interviewer: Today’s interview is with Liv Walden, the force behind the #SpartanSurvived phenomenon that has swept the Starveil community over the last few months. Thanks for being part of this, Liv.
Liv: Thanks for inviting me!
Interviewer: For those readers who don’t recognize her name, Liv is better known as @LivOutLoud. Her fan account proposed the idea that Starveil V may have had a slightly different ending than what we saw onscreen.
Liv: Slightly different? (Laughs.) How about completely different?
Interviewer: Fair enough. It was your video challenge that started it all. So tell me, Liv – how does it feel to have inspired an online revolution?
Liv: It’s been a little crazy. Starveil’s been part of my life for… well, forever. But I still didn’t expect it to take off the way it did.
Interviewer: You struck a chord with fans who were disappointed by the end of Starveil V: Ghosts of the Rebellion, where *spoiler warning* Captain Matt Spartan dies during the destruction of the Star Freighter Elysium.
Liv: (Groans.) I don’t even like hearing about Spartan dying.
Interviewer: Based on the responses to your Spartan Rescue Mission, neither did a lot of fans. For those readers who don’t follow Starveil, Liv’s challenge encouraged fans to provide evidence of Captain Spartan’s survival. The #SpartanSurvived challenge is still going strong, and if you check online, there are loads of posts. Do you have any favorites?
Interviewer: And there haven’t just been fanfic, has there?
Liv: There’ve been vids, posters, meta… so many things I never would have thought of creating! More are being posted every day. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming. (Laughs.) But I love it.
Interviewer: So in a way, you’re keeping Spartan alive by responding to the posts, by pushing others to get involved.
Liv: That’s my hope, anyhow.
Interviewer: Alright, we’re running out of time here, so I’m going to ask you to choose one last #SpartanSurvived post that you love. Something other than fanfic this time.
Liv: (Sighs.) Just one? There’s so many!
Interviewer: Yes, one. (Laughs.) At least for today.
Liv: Alright, then I’ll choose an image. It’s by my friend @starveilbrian1981, who is a photoshopping guru. I absolutely LOVE this manip.
Interviewer: Pretty compelling evidence that Spartan made it through that explosion, isn’t it?
Liv: (Laughs.) That’s what the fans are saying, anyhow.
